Moving Re: Seriouseats discussion here. I agree that they rarely miss... formerly I really relied on Cooks Illustrated/ATK, which is k. I find SE to be better with less ridiculous stick-of-butter type of recipes, not that I mind a SOBAD.

Seriouseats recipe? Lately mine has been "
Crispy Braised Chicken Thighs With Cabbage and Bacon." I'd frequently made a similar recipe some years back, but this one is so easy and so ****ing good.
What's yours, if you had to choose one goto (on a weeknight, if you have to narrow it down)?
