198 lbs today, on the normal scale. Up 1 pound from last month...should be no surprise as it was a pretty awful month. But we're way too close to that evil 200 number. This month will be better than last and we're going to end up closer to 190 than 200. Probably going to add regular veggie/fruit juice to diet, that will help all things Healthy Malucci I believe.

Careful with the juice. I've read those need pulp so you don't absorb the sugar and piss the vitamins out.

The science quoted was that your body digests pulp more slowly and thus absorbs the nutrients. Pure liquid passes through and you only get the sugar.

I don't claim it's true, just consider it if you're worried about it. It was in men's health fwiw.
