Well if I was smarter at any time and committed to staying at a calorie number, sure, I could and should have done it. But here we are. Honestly...I should be stronger at this weight. Maybe that will be a goal in the future.
Really, the main goal now is to never live a day above 200. I'd like to be 185 (or even lower) and we'll work towards that...but I shouldn't ever be above 200 again, and I'm going to do what I need to to avoid that.
I feel like I'm going to have to literally log forever to accomplish that...but that doesn't scare me, overwhelm me, or even bother me at this point. I just need to continue feeling that way.
