Did unassisted chin ups for the first time in multiple years probably...also, those squats were more than my body weight...just happy that I weigh less than that finally.
December 1, 2015- 237 lbs
January 1, 2016- 229.5 lbs
February 1, 2016- 228 lbs
March 1, 2016- 220.5 lbs
April 1, 2016- 212 lbs
-8.5 lbs from March 1st
This is not an April Fool's joke, unless my scale is a true piece of ****. I'm super happy with the results, though I feel there were way too many days that I went over calories. I did have a good month wrt exercise and I would love to keep that up.
Now, anyone who has read this thread knows I'm not one to toot my own horn, but...this year has been absolutely awful to me in most every way pretty much. Despite that, I have managed not to binge uncontrollably and still log all my food and still stay pretty vigilant and get results that are really positive. That I am really happy with, and gives me hope that this isn't some extreme weight loss fad,that this is something I can maintain and I can finally live a full life under 200 lbs.
