I think we've identified the key to your weight loss success. I suggest having a daily / weekly alcohol consumption limit. Make it tough but doable.

Just this one adjustment could be tremendously beneficial with few (no?) drawbacks.

You have to enter each drink when you get it. Otherwise there will be confusion. Even my system doesn't prevent confusion after 7-8 drinks.
