Weight today was 240.0. Terrible weeks of diet with one good week in the middle. The one positive was the large amount of exercise last month. This month will be better from a diet standpoint and my goal this month is 235 or less come July 1st. I can and I will.
I'm still following, bro! Your consistency is great, you just need to do something to get yourself ahead. I'm sure if you can get yourself down to 200ish you'll be able to maintain that (and then likewise push onto whatever your final goal is).
A wrench into plan...I must have done something last night but my back is absolutely killing me. Hopefully it's not a long lasting problem, but it is as bad or worse than ever. I won't let it negatively affect diet even if it does hurt exercise.
