Today's weight is 238.5, which makes this the first month I've lost weight since June. So that's positive, and gives me no reason to believe next month can't be better.

Today's weight 238.5. Very disappointing to have not lost any weight. Too many terrible eating days again in April. Will try to get a better handle on that this month. On positive side, didn't gain any weight, and got in more exercise days than I have in many months. So hopefully continue that with better diet and it should go much better.
