Today's weight 238.5.

Super unacceptable stuff going on, but this month will see a weight reduction. The one hindrance will be that during hike last week, I twisted my knee and want to wait until it is pain free before working my legs or doing any sort of leg involved cardio.

I don't know how many push ups it was, sorry. Not enough for sure.

I love this thread because it has every single workout I have done since I started it, so it's awesome to have that as a reference. There are a lot of good things too in addition to that.

The main thing I need to do differently is have a much better diet. That's what is killing me. Certainly my Achilles heel.

Today's weight 243.5 which means I'm gaining 5lbs a month so far this year, and almost 40 since my low point of July I believe, making this the worst weight loss log of all time. So that's pretty special.

I'm going to make sure I am at least under 240 at the beginning of April. If you don't believe that, I can't possibly blame you, but this fat ****ing piece of **** is going to be a slightly less fat ****ing piece of **** next month.
