Super unacceptable stuff going on, but this month will see a weight reduction. The one hindrance will be that during hike last week, I twisted my knee and want to wait until it is pain free before working my legs or doing any sort of leg involved cardio.
Today's weight 243.5 which means I'm gaining 5lbs a month so far this year, and almost 40 since my low point of July I believe, making this the worst weight loss log of all time. So that's pretty special.
I'm going to make sure I am at least under 240 at the beginning of April. If you don't believe that, I can't possibly blame you, but this fat ****ing piece of **** is going to be a slightly less fat ****ing piece of **** next month.
