There are still SS exercises in here too. There have been back issues brought about by poor form dead lifting and perhaps squatting too. I need to start dead lifting again or rack pulling as my gym has horrible hexagon plates.
Isolation exercises I put in to keep things somewhat less monotonous and it's important to remember, I couldn't care less about squatting, dead lifting, pressing, or benching X amount of weight...I'm just trying to rid myself of X amount of fat. That's still the goal. Unfortunately, I'm not where I should be on that, but I feel that is 97% due to diet/will power issues, not isolation vs SS issues.
