Ahhh, I see. Well perhaps some might see the last year or so of me doing bodybuilding exercises as "fancy", but, yeah I guess there's none of that?

However, we might be moving toward that in that I am planning on incorporating swimming and ice hockey into my regimen at some point in the future.

Squats 2x5 265 1x10 135. After second set of 265 I felt like I tweaked something in my neck/back/shoulder so I didn't want to do a heavy set again, but didn't want to quit so I did a light weight high rep set to finish
