I love this log. Doin' work. No fps.

I do feel like you could up the frequency somewhat tho (although I may have missed if there is a reason why you do ~2 days/week... or I may be reading it wrong... Ameri-dates have been know to confuse me in the past).

How's being a fpos coming along?

What up Snitch? And what is fps? Can't be fat pussy **** because there's plenty of that happening here :-(. So, yeah, I agree on needing to up the frequency. There was no plan to go twice a week or anything, I'm just really bad at staying consistent at all lately/semi-forever. Also, I'm thinking about going back to a more SS oriented thing, and re-learning how to deadlift because I never felt like I was great at doing it, but another issue is I hate my gym's hexagonal plates, so I might do rack pulls instead. And I want to be doing pull ups, because, I'm pretty sure I can't do pull ups right now. Which tells you all you probably need to know about how being a fpos is coming along.

fps = fancy play syndrome. Doing something "fancy" just for the sake of it when the result is either going to be the same or worse (can't be better).
