Halstad, thanks for reading. I'm always shocked when someone posts here as I don't ever think anyone reads it. Anyway, to answer your question my diet has still been really terrible, but I still try to put up a fight every day.
There is however a huge health situation looming that I should have more information about very soon. So there's that for a super riveting cliffhanger.
I have just started squatting again after a long period of not due to constantly hurting myself, so I'm trying to focus on form and getting that right before getting weight up. Need videos soon, I know.
As far as looming health situation, I should know everything at some point next week (I hope).
So, the "health situation" that I have alluded to before looks like it is coming to fruition. I have a brother who had leukemia when he was very young, and with all the radiation he faced as a child, some of his organs and other body parts are now failing him. He needs a kidney, and I have been selected as a fantastic match for him, so much so that he is not going to need to take immune drugs to get the kidney to assimilate, and the kidney I'm to give him should last him the rest of his life. So, I am going to be giving him a kidney.
I just booked a flight to Ohio where everything is going to happen, and I'm going next week. This is obviously going to affect my workout schedule and routine, and I guess I'm going to log stuff about it if people are interested in hearing about it.
Also, I wouldn't mind hearing any stories or anecdotes from anyone with any personal experience on this issue.
