LifeBalance, true to my log's name I am still a fpos. Diet has been abysmal for months now and I haven't been able to keep any control like a total dickless loser. Be like anything but me.

Alternated 3x15 RCLL and 3x25 Swiss ball crunches.
Going to really try to dial it in diet wise without weighing out everything I was eating. It would be nice to find a middle ground, and I hope not to fail miserably trying again.
