Gym Day...it's been a while due to back pain from squats and laziness

1x5 215 1x5 185 had elbow pain from first set then still in lighter set so stopped

Iso decline hammer strength machine 3x10 70, still elbow pain

LifeBalance, true to my log's name I am still a fpos. Diet has been abysmal for months now and I haven't been able to keep any control like a total dickless loser. Be like anything but me.

Going to really try to dial it in diet wise without weighing out everything I was eating. It would be nice to find a middle ground, and I hope not to fail miserably trying again.

Squats 3x7 185. Haven't squatted in a while due to hurting back last time, we'll see how I feel tomorrow. Girl who was waiting for the rack gave me kudos after I finished saying it was refreshing to see someone go below parallel to squat. She went ass to grass obviously.
