Overhead tricep extensions 1x8 50 2x8 40, this was heavier than it usually is with a different machine than normal :-/

Been sick for a few days, but was happy and surprised I was able to bench so much as I haven't eaten much in the last 3 or so days. Also saw porn star Devon Michaels at the gym which was pretty sweet. Did not approach her though, as that would somehow be creepier than all the not so surreptitious eye raping
Squats 3x8 225 Forgot my belt, so I did a weight that I wasn't too afraid to do without a belt. Normally when I have my belt this is the first weight I do a warmup set with wearing my belt. I also did higher reps. Got pretty difficult actually.
So, I have this buddy of mine who used to teach a kettlebell class and is all into it and everything. So he put me through a workout today, and it was pretty tough. He also was kind enough to give me a kettlebell to work with, so I might be doing some more of that. I will almost certainly go through another one+ workout with him.
