Getting out of the car right after the gym my back started bothering me in its normal spot. DLs are clearly killing me, I'm doing them wrong, or not meant for them, or more likely doing them wrong. So we'll see how I feel the next few days, and I'm either nixing them completely or going real light and getting some film out there and reworking everything. Time will tell.
Focusing on diet and exercise the next month +. I've been letting myself gain a lot of weight through an insanely awful diet, and now must lock it down some. Want to lose 10lbs. or more by 6/29. We will see.
