Well, I wouldn’t call that “good” per se, because it’s not where I want to be, and I have been 172.2 before, however, it’s not the number that’s the most important to me, so from that aspect, I should strive to be less weight focused and more look focused, they do intersect to some extent.

Regardless, from the beginning and being like 250+ at some point, it’s hard to not call it good and the fact that I’ve been able to keep it off/keep to something roughly in the 180 range for years now is definitely far from bad, even though I’m not still where I’d like to be.

Either way, welcome back to 2p2 and thanks for checking in, to answer your question much more directly, last week’s (7/15/23) average was 184.7.
