3408 cal yesterday…to your question, I am in control in that I don’t feel like there’s any chance I go back to living above 200 lbs, but also I haven’t hit my aesthetic goals yet either. So there’s that. The dream is to hit those aesthetic goals, then bulk up a little then cut again and just keep doing that…but I would like to hit those aesthetic goals and that’s what I’m working towards
