And As Of Right Now...or we'll call it "right lately" I've been hovering between 209.5 and 214.5. I attribute this to not doing very much cardio compared to most other months and also my diet has not been really good. I'm going to get working on that after the big Valentine's date with the new gf and I have my mom's belated birthday dinner tomorrow. After those events I plan on getting on the steamed vegetables and tons of chicken and fish cooked at home plan. Though I imagine that isn't going to be super easy for me to stick to.
Bench 1x5 215 1x4* 215 1x3* 215 *from now on will denote that those are the reps that I got totally on my own and there was one after that that was spotter assisted
DL 1x1 315 I was doing my DLs and they felt better than ever, so I decided that I wasn't going to vag out and I went for 3 plates on each side and I did get one solid rep, though I couldn't get another.
Squats 3x5 325 After the first set I tweaked something in my upper back/neck and that really bothered me the rest of the day, though I did power through and get my other two sets.
Bench 2x4 210 I didn't have my workout buddy today as he was ill, so I didn't want to go for 215 and choke on the bar...and other than that, I have no real good excuses for my vaginosis. Next time I will be tougher.
DLs 1x3 225 1x5 225 after my first warmup set my neck/back thing that I tweaked was absolutely killing me, especially when I lifted my chest right before starting each rep, so I didn't use a lot of weight and just tried to get good form at a lower weight which I feel like I did.
Not a great workout, but there's plenty of room for improvement next time.
Buttsauce, means total **** (the brown word) or like garbage would be an acceptable synonym as well. Use it freely, but don't overuse it, as it is awesome and you wouldn't want to taint it's awesomeness by buttsauce usage of the word buttsauce.
Was not feeling it today. Even in warming up squats my knees and lower back were all stiff and terrible, and every warmup set felt way heavier than it should have, so I went light today, and it ended up being a horrible workout pretty much all around.
Squats 3x5 275
Bench 1x4* 215 then I couldn't even do one of a second set of that weight, so I went 1x5 205, then my spotter set my weight up wrong for my third set, so I just did 1x9 135
DL 1x2 295
Terrible today, but slightly better than nothing at all.
