176.6 lbs down 1.1 lbs from last week. Taking a week long diet break, going to try not to go too far off the rails this week, though there will probably be some of that, but then jump right back on the horse again for another 10-12 weeks.
That 2125 should be probably 300 more calories. The goal isnít to undo all the work Iíve done, just take a little break. Not go crazy. I knew the first days would be very bad due to a vacation and a Herculean amount of boozing. But I did not eat a ton of food those days.
