You’re not going to just linearly lose weight every week, and losing so much over the first few a plateau is to be expected. Just need to stay consistent and disciplined and it will come off. So keep my mind and grind right.
Today will be unlikely to be a great diet day unfortunately. But that’s okay too.

and that's straight out of the bag to the plate? no finish in a pan or anything like that? do you make extra and eat them the next day and reheat somehow, or eat the next day cold?
Yeah, I make a couple lbs. Straight out of bag, do not finish it in pan. I will eat the next few days cold in a salad or wrap. Or heat up in microwave or in pan with some other side dish.
