I also took an hour and ten minute walk today. I bought a Fitbit and am waiting on it to get here, but I figured I should start trying to get steps in before it comes. Iím not sure that Iím going to start recording walks or step counts in here.
Been wanting to lift but I woke up the other day and my neck/shoulder/back was killing me, and it hasnít been much better in the few days since. Hoping for it to not be so bad tomorrow so I can do a good workout.
Well I left town last weekend and that wasnít particularly good...but Iíve been doing all right. Want to put together a nice long stretch for a couple weeks. Really want to keep from having huge blowout days. Not drinking very much for the most part has helped. Doing a ton of cooking/food prep. That has been the biggest key.
