In order to put myself back in line I’m going to make some monetary consequences to my fat actions.
No fast food for a month (until August 18)
No day above 3000 calories (until August 18)
At least 3 gym sessions or exercise days per week (until August 18)
$50 a piece. PM me if you want $50 for any of these. Must have Venmo, and put them in the order you want. Only 3 people can get in, and you can only get one.
Gonna make all these happen or die trying. And pay you $50.
