189 lbs. Not a surprise because I’ve been weighing myself daily and doing a weekly average to measure progress. Short Trip and another couple days of badness planned this month, but if I can still stay strong with everything else we should have more progress.
2807 cal 217p 147c 68f 934 calories were beer, and probably around a third of those carbs. That’s not like an excuse or anything because I’m mentioning that...but, on the positive side I didn’t eat a bunch, or anything with it, which contributes to why I’m as faded as I am and drawing this long thing out as much as I am. Boo Fatso.
