Do you mean recently? Since March when I’ve been really counting macros there has been very little drinking, particularly compared to how I normally lead my life. This week I was on a snowboarding trip, and there has been more drinking, not a super ton, but some calorie laden craft beers...one night with just a bunch of double whiskeys on the rocks (which can get away from you fast), and then there are beers intermittently on the mountain. Recording has been much looser than usual, so I over estimate instead of under. And I’ve just been eating garbage too. Next weekend will also be a bad diet weekend...but very happy that weight hasn’t gotten bad. All this boarding has been good exercise. Love it.
