Todayís weekly weight average is 194 which is down 4 lbs from last week and 9 since we began.
Diet is going pretty well, and only one drink since the beginning. Today Iím going to do a structured refeed so carbs will be up much more than normal, calories might be up some, fat will be under 50g though.
191.5 lbs on the scale today, down from 203 when I started this on 3/5. So thatís obviously very solid. April probably wonít be as successful as there is a vacation in there and a couple of other things happening which will be diet derailers but will be working at it and making sure nothing gets too far out of hand as much as possible.
