191 lbs this month, down 7.5 from last. Good work done here last month diet wise. Could stand to ramp up more activity this month, though I did wreck my back yet again last lifting session, so, will have to watch that. Really would like to fall into the 180s this month, that would be crazy. Also...I haven't been 200+ in over a year, and I'm super pleased with that. So we will keep pushing.
