When I’m eating right I get 3 meals, 600-600-800 calories pretty much. I don’t really do IF but I have. I’m not focused on that though. I try to stretch them out so I don’t get too hungry. I tend to lift fasted which I probably shouldn’t. I dunno. Probably more information than you were looking for.
