43:40 of a resistance band/pull up back/biceps/tricep workout.
I know I was amped about getting into the gym, but the disease is spiking here again, and it seems really stupid to go to the gym now after 3+ months away when it is spiking, so I will take a little more time, wait until numbers come down some more to get back in the gym.
