Also weighed in at 181.5 this morning for my daily weigh in which is the lowest I’ve weighed in at in quite a while I believe. Weekly average was 183.5.
Yeah...I’m leaving town for a couple days so cals will be up but will try and not go too far out of control, then I plan on locking it in for a nice long period. New schedule where I will be working super early, early enough where I can go to an empty gym (for the first time since March) before, so work outs will be ramping up and hopefully more progress towards fat loss goals. So should be good.
