Thanks, I try to only record my weight once a month and last month was 189.5, I don’t expect to be lower this month but I hope to be or at least be close to that number. I’ve been doing an hour on the elliptical for as long as I can ever remember doing the elliptical. Just keep going until you’ve been on there an hour, elliptical is easy.
