Could you map that out for us? I'm struggling to grasp how exactly you got there. I think that is above my "eat/drink and not feel horrendous level", but I don't drink really heavy calorie bombs. (When adjusted for alcohol. I guess those 300cal 12% stouts do the same job as 3 miller lites.)

No booze. Bagel sandwich with 2 eggs, two slices of cheese, two
Pieces of bacon. Rye bagel w corned beef and a cup of matzo ball chicken soup. Two slices of ham, sausage, jalapeño pizza. Two meatball sliders with fries. Then an angel hair pasta w chicken, mushrooms, spinach with a blush sauce. Then a big bopper blue bunny ice cream sandwich, a blue bunny chocolate chip funwich, and a blue bunny bunny tracks cone.

Today should be a little less.

Gym Day

Squats, started warming up then in warm up set of 135 started feeling that weird groin/quad pain so I stopped

Leg press 1x10 270...discomfort in same area so stopped

Donkey calf 3x12 180

Hoist inner thigh machine 1x10 40 2x10 90

Hoist outer thigh machine 1x10 50 1x10 70 1x10 90

Swiss ball crunches 3x25

Planks 3x45

Did the thigh machines because I thought it might help or affect the area in question, but no such luck. Seems like it might be a problem...hoping it's not a hernia or anything like that.
