Melatonin or benadryl. Noty to the prescription stuff.

Tho I've found the secret to me being able to sleep all night is just being tired. I don't lay in bed for 60min waiting to fall asleep if I set an alarm at an ungodly early hour (like 7 hours after bed time), waking up naturally is just a bull**** attitude.

Downside: Tired a lot.

+1 to being tired. Long walk (even run?) outside. In my last trip I spent about 12 hours a day outside on my feet. I slept like in my childhood, although my usual state is "having problems with sleep". You clearly can't do this because you have to work. But something like an hour every day of trying to get physically tired?

I have melatonin and sometimes it works for me, sometimes not. But when it does I always wake up so groggy, it's like I'm under water half the day, and I really can't stand that aspect of it.

It gives me night terrors. Sometimes I take a math test where I don't know any answers and I don't have my pants on. Truly terrifying stuff.

Benadryl tends to do the grogginess moreso.

Thanks for the recommendation of the thing that gives you night terrors. I've had a couple sleep paralysis moments (not attributing to melatonin) and they were beyond terrifying. I am not sure where everyone assumes I'm not tired, I've been very tired lately actually. Over the last month, and for the next 2 weeks or so, I've been on my feet doing tons of walking for work. A few days getting 30k+ steps. This has left my feet in a constant state of pain and fatigue, but sleep hasn't been a huge problem at all, and fatigue has been stronger than hunger, but both have been there.

But that all sounds totally good. Or? I mean not pain in your feet, but being active and tired. And last days you are doing great with calories.

Imagine how much easier will be running around with few lbs less.

190.0 lbs today down 5.5 lbs from last month. I'm kinda shocked that I'm down this much from last month when I was worried that I might even be up weight, possibly up even a lot. Also the lowest number I've seen on the scale in maybe 15+ years. So that's all super positive. Hopefully I'll be able to drop more this month...I'm just very confused by this number...but good confused I suppose.

Nice news! You might have (inadvertently?) gamed the water weight a little. If you had binged a couple of days before the last weigh-in, that could easily account for a few pounds. Three consecutive <2k days will shed a ton of water.
