198.5 lbs today...up 0.5 lbs from last month, so that's not good. However, I'm under 200 lbs on the year which was a huge goal and nice victory. This month going to focus and commit to being down in weight this month vs last. Shouldn't be a problem.
Can you identify what sets you off? Can you identify a binge food and mitigate the damage it does? Lower cal version? Something similar but more satiating? Keep less of it around?
