Gym...and it's been way too long.

Squats 3x5 225. Been way too long since I've squatted, but I really concentrated on form, and did a pretty good job. Though the last rep of the last set was pretty buttsauce. Also, kinda tweaked my hamstring which made me not want to DL today.

Bench 1x5 185 2x3 185, spotter and I could have gotten more.

Neutral grip chins 1x3 2x2

Fly machine 160 1x8 175 1x8 1x7

I worked hard today, though was not impressive anywhere. Oh well. Forge ahead.

Okay, been out of the gym a little while during moving process but that is over. Unfortunately moved away from old awesome gym, and am equidistant from two other lamer gyms. Tried one today, hate it. Will try other soon. Due to back problems from poor squat form, will not be squatting for a long time, which sucks, but I guess in a way is a good thing because the power racks at first gym suck balls.

Press 3x5 115

Pullups, now with kipping! 3x3

Flat bar curl 1x8 60 1x9 60 1x8 60

hanging knee raises 3x10

swiss ball crunches 4x25

Need to do some new programming or work some new exercises while not squatting...I don't think I'm going to deadlift either until the pain is totally gone.

Anyone have any ideas or recommendations for some exercises and some programming for me? I'm going to dig up my copy of SS and look through it too, but I was wondering if anyone had some ideas of stuff.

eh, leg press and RDL's? I dunno. You're pretty much ****ed if you can't squat or DL. You might just want to work on rehab stuff and work back up slowly when you feel better.

The pain in my back is in the spot like where my spine connects into my hip region. It feels like it's coming from like the coccyx. It feels like nerve pain, not really muscular at all. I've done this yoga stretch and that gets to it and helps, but it doesn't alleviate it completely. I had this pain pretty bad before when first starting SS before I fixed my squat form. But recently it had come back, and I didn't squat for a while, and it went away, and then I went and squatted last week, and though I felt my form was pretty good, it was back this week worse than ever. So, I don't know...anyone experience this?
