Weighed 215 with clothes on shoes on probably gained like 6lbs in water weight in a week.

Shoulder is really tender, probably just focus on pulling. Probably going to switch to all close grip pressing and kettle bell pressing if I can rehab this quickly.

Try reverse grip bench. I was able to train it heavy (for me) for months after hurting my shoulder. Greg Nuckols can underhand for reps with more weight than his normal comp grip.

For some reason rg bench/floor press hurts my wrists and when I wrap my wrists and they don't hurt, the pain goes right to my biceps, but I will try again. I'm lucky that nothing overhead hurts so I can still do pullups and I'm pretty ohp is still in.

Been eating a little more to get through 100 hour work weeks, but I'll weigh and start tracking food when I move back to the east coast in 2 weeks.
