Going to roll straight into the 8's wave and deload every 9-12 weeks unless I am feeling run down. I think deloading every 3 weeks would be counter productive for me unless I am missing something.

Decline situps 5x10 +10

DL was hard, tweaked my back a bit on my first working rep. Did a bunch of air squats and walked around for awhile. It felt OK so I did the work sets and no pain during or after. Lunges felt like I was just running out of wind at then end.

Yesterday did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then walked 1 mile.

OH press 1x8 @ 110 disappointing to just make rep standard

Chins 1x5 +25, 6x5 @ bw not sure the best way to progress here

Had some personal stuff come up and couldn't lift for a few days. Did the DL test from the end of 8's wave and started bench day for 5's today. Had to cut some volume on assistance just due to time.

Pretty unhealthy lifestyle for the last 3 months. Weighed in at 228 this morning and back in the gym for the first time since lock down today. Also got myself a bike yesterday. Just going to do a beginner routine for a bit with cardio on off days and then start juggernaut over again once that is done.

Tried to bike yesterday and my brand new bike had a flat tire. Went rollerblading for an hour instead. Hamstrings very sore today, took until my second work set of squats to loosen up.

Work out is a couple days late, got real busy at work and am going to be for the next ~10 days. No chance on sneaking in any cardio but am going to hopefully lift. Squats felt easy everything else hard.
