Bumped the weights slightly today because I won't be able to lift for the next few days. DL/bench felt pretty good, squats were a bit of a grid.

I have exactly one video, will try to get better about taking some more. Looks like I have to much movement in set up and a couple other things I have been working on. Video was set 3 of workout on 7/10.

Think I could probably bang out another week or two of linear progression but I am anxious to get back on the juggernaut method so started it today. Used same weights as last time, think its a pretty reasonable starting point.

Pretty tough work out OH press was a struggle, barely got my 10th rep of the 3rd set. We will see how the rep test goes next week I guess.

Do you find incline db press harder doing flat bench beforehand or overhead press beforehand?

I haven't spent to much time on incline db press before this program but it seems like my triceps especially get fatigued from the main lifts.

Good work out today. On dead lifts it felt like I ran out of breath at the end more then anything. Everything was feeling great until my last set of sit ups and then my abs just started cramping up so I called it there.

I probably should have taken a rest day today but I work a camp job and this Thursday is travel home day so no time to lift. Figured I would just go for it and not throw my whole week of workouts off. Felt like I could have got a bit more with the extra rest but overall not to bad for my first 10's wave test.

Doubled up the work out today and will likely do the same thing next week. Sounds like these are likely my last two weekends home this summer so going to try and enjoy them. Was pretty beat after this work out.

Everything felt good except abs where I had really bad muscle cramps after set 3 again, not sure what is going on there. Also got called back in to work early so will just try to stay on the regular 4x per week lifting schedule. Tried to video my last set of squats but it ended up with just my butt coming in and out of the picture, will try again.

8's wave week 2, felt good today. Think I need have a better plan to progress chin ups or I need to focus on a different back exercise. Last time I was having success with them I just grinded out tons of low rep sets so maybe that is the way to go.

**** day today, tweaked my knee on my second set of squats. Doesn't feel like a big deal but didn't want to push out the extra reps on my third set and I cut additional leg assistance.

Good day today, did light volume squats to try and assess form/knee issues. I think I will be OK to continue and am pretty sure the problem was my left leg collapsing inward on descent causing me to cut height and put to much pressure on my knee. I will have to assess form/pain once I squat heavier.
