I have exactly one video, will try to get better about taking some more. Looks like I have to much movement in set up and a couple other things I have been working on. Video was set 3 of workout on 7/10.

Think I could probably bang out another week or two of linear progression but I am anxious to get back on the juggernaut method so started it today. Used same weights as last time, think its a pretty reasonable starting point.

DB Incline bench 5x10 @ 45's
BB Rows 5x10 @ 135
Rope pull downs 4x10
