Hey mate,

Don't know if it's worth it, but I know of a couple of firms who are looking for online English teachers.. You don't need any real qualifications apart from being a native speaker.

I can find out rates of pay if you want, and send you some links... There's no job benefits like health insurance, just pay, but might tide you over until something better comes along.

Hey #fitfam hope you're having a fantastic #tuesday. I saw my #therapist yesterday and we talked about my #depression and how I #criedmyselftosleep a couple times last week. I think I just wanted a #hug but no one #lovesme. Have not made any #gainz because #depression takes away all my #energy. Also yesterday I alternated #jogging and #walking for 22 blocks. Didn't do any #lifting.

Today I got my #lexapro refilled because it's what keeps me from having #panicattacks. Will try to do some #lifting tonight.

Hey #fitfam tonight I had a nice #preworkout of #oreos and #masturbating. Because eating healthy is for #tards who think their #lifematters. Then I did:

chinups 6x4
bentover db rows 66x15x4
1-leg db dl 43x8x1

Then I stopped and said #****this I #dontcare anymore.

I'm having a #30daychallenge! I'm so excited. It's a #suicide challenge. The way it works is you comment below to signup. If you don't #killyourself for #30days you win 1 #FREE brand new generic brand #BCAA capsule!!!* How's that for #goals and #motivation to continue #breathing in your #uselessbagofbonesandblood. Contest is #null and #void if I #die in the next #30days.

*You only need to pay $19.95 for shipping and handling.

I uninstalled IG from my phone this morning. All those annoying supplement prostitutes + depression the last couple days was really unleashing the insanity.

I feel semi-normal today. Finished the back/bis workout that I started yesterday.

1-leg db dl 43x8x3
1-arm bentover row 43x10x4
hammer curl 23x12x4
lat pushdown w/ bands 12x4
1-arm lat pulldown w/ bands 16x4
seated row w/ bands 12x4

Thanks for the help, but I'm sticking to pastry. Haven't seen anything worth applying for since the cookie place.

If you don't read the words carefully it looks like a legitimate fitness instagram blogger.

If it's any consolation, I really doubt any of those instagram pro supplement schills have remotely satisfying or fulfilling existences.

Today I made a ghettoass bench by putting two plastic tubs together with a big pillow over them. Now I can do flys and bench presses. I don't know if I was doing them right cuz I'd never done them before. Got a little light headed after the 2nd set of bench presses.

weight: 143.2

pushups 20x4
arnold press 23x13x4
lying leg raise 20x4
tricep pushdowm w/ bands 12x4
lateral raise 18x6x4
flys 18x12x4
bench press 23x12x2

really recommend finding a local gym and attending. yes it will be horribly anxious-inducing at first, but this will pass. conquering this obstacle will likely help a great deal with your general outlook also.

the video in OP is amusing, but not the reality of most gyms. as it happens, most 220lb brutes that live in the gym 24/7 will have respect for a 135lb beginner putting in the effort. nobody starts out strong!

Except black guys. They usually start with 225lbsx5 on the bench and have 9 inch ***** 5'9 185lbs before ever setting foot in the gym eating diets of mostly pb and js on white bread and twizzlers. Indians by contrast are rarely able to bench more than 185x5 even after a year of training.

Yeah so joining a gym. You'll be kind of shocked at just how little interaction you have with anyone unless you go out of your way to facilitate it. + There's probably plenty of gyms that are fairly underpopulated in your area. There's a strong cyclical component and I can tell you to expect just about any gym to be basically empty Sunday afternoon/evening after 2 or 3.

Spoiler:
When I first started I remember basically never talking to anyone. Now I get approached usually a few times per workout whether it's China or America. I miss the days of being skinny and invisible in the gym, it was easier to get all intense and tryhard and ****.

Didn't sleep at all because I'm dumb and thought I don't need xanax or seroquel anymore. No energy to lift but it was a really nice day so I went out and walked about 5 miles.

Back on the meds, slept well.

Need a jerb first tho.

On a related note, today I was listening to an album I hadn't listened to for a while (Psyopus - Odd Senses). When I lived in Austin and had a 24hr fitness membership this album had just come out and I listened to it in the gym every night at like 1-3am. I think I'll probly associate it with that memory forever. Good times.

Last week, at the suggestion of my therapist, I emailed the pastry chef at the brazilian restaurant and asked her what kind of advice she had for me in terms of my pastry career and how I could improve my skills and get a good full time job. This was not easy as initiating that kind of social interaction, even via email, is really nerveracking.

After a few days went by without a response from her I thought "I've made an ass of myself and she probly rolled her eyes when she read it ugh."

Today she replied and said the owners are opening a new restaurant in the same area next month and she thinks I'd be a better fit for that place since I have less experience, and she said she liked my attitude.

Oh and today I saw this:

Quote:
FIRST CLASS Opportunity at Wynn Las Vegas - APPLY NOW

Chef Pierre Gatel would love to hire graduates to join his world-class pastry kitchen at the Wynn and Encore Resorts in Las Vegas. Chef Gatel does all laminated dough items in-house as well as pastries, desserts, confections, and other specialties. He has a chocolate room, a cake room, and a staff of 70 in his pastry and confection kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow.

APPLY NOW because the application and interview process will take one month. Because of the distance, Chef Gatel will conduct interviews via Skype or Face Time. You don't need to go to Las Vegas to stage, but the application process takes a long time (online application, background check, drug screen, etc.).
Sounds mega sweet but a huge PITA and tons of talking. And if I got the job I'd have to ask my parents to borrow $ to move to LV.
