FIRST CLASS Opportunity at Wynn Las Vegas - APPLY NOW
Chef Pierre Gatel would love to hire graduates to join his world-class pastry kitchen at the Wynn and Encore Resorts in Las Vegas. Chef Gatel does all laminated dough items in-house as well as pastries, desserts, confections, and other specialties. He has a chocolate room, a cake room, and a staff of 70 in his pastry and confection kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow.
APPLY NOW because the application and interview process will take one month. Because of the distance, Chef Gatel will conduct interviews via Skype or Face Time. You don't need to go to Las Vegas to stage, but the application process takes a long time (online application, background check, drug screen, etc.).
Sounds mega sweet but a huge PITA and tons of talking. And if I got the job I'd have to ask my parents to borrow $ to move to LV.
