I think I got hella allergies, my head felt like it was in a vise and I was sneezing and blowing my nose nonstop. No energy for lifting.
Wieghed 137.6 lbs.

Still had runny nose but I was better and had more energy.
I just realized that calf raises are supposed to be done with your toes elevated a little to get the full ROM, so I started doing that today.
The weather in Chicago is getting good, finally. The plan is to start making more of an effort to improve cardio fitness. I'll try to go outside and run a little tomorrow.
