Anyway, I was originally posting as the log is quite an inspiration and I was too too drunk to check the OP or do any reading, so I asked a question. Plus I thought I may be able to get some sort of discussion out of it.

You guys seemingly like to jerk each other off so much you thought a link to OP was worthy of mocking?

I was hungover this morning. Someone was going to get it regardless as my mouth tasted like someone had relieved themselves in it overnight. Which is actually a possibility.

arms are completely shot. This hurt throughout the session. This is a weight I should hit for 7-8 reps but the first rep just took the life out of me. Reps 2-4 were actually quite good and 5 was a medium grind and I just shut it down. Need to get this figured out.

ever think it might be a muscular issue in your forearm/upper arm/shoulder? maybe have an ART guy take a look?

It's something in the shoulder I'm pretty sure. Something with the nerves, but it could be something like inflammation that in turn is bothering a nerve.

I'm scheduling an appt with a sports medicine/rehab guy.

This is the first workout in a while where I came away pretty annoyed. This is a weight I should hit for at least 5. The 4th rep was tit. I took too long between reps and tired myself out. Moron.

Reverse Hypers: 90x10x2

SSB Squats:
135x10
225x9 (miscount)
225x5 (about a 1-2 second pause at the bottom)

Also, pretty sure my last squat workout is all -10 lbs. Don't think it was the texas power bar. lame.

ART has done way more for my shoulders than anything. The soft tissue work I've done on my own is easily the next most important thing.

The doctors I saw for my shoulder problems first led me to an unnecessary surgery, then useless physical therapy.

If you dont have a good ART provider who you trust, I dont blame you. Make sure you get multiple opinions if he suggests cutting you open.
