Been pretty ill all weekend and today. Some upper respiratory infection. Cut out the single @8. Things didn't move great, but I'm glad I got in and moved a bit.

called it during warmups. Right knee is now quite bothersome.

I'm still quite sick. Feel OKish, but every night/morning is phlegm central. Real infected type yellow and green stuff. bad times.

Pretty OK. Knee not awesome still but not debilitating. Top single was mainly not an @8 due to poor technique. Got a little bent over and bar rolled on me.

The 165x8 was supposed to be @8, and then sets across, but man I really suck at high rep/low rest bench work. Dropped weight and it went OK.

445 still looked like an 8 to me. Glad to hear the knee is feeling better.

You're blowing me away in press. If/when I transition back to a program which emphasizes press, I assume you'd recommend moving to pressing from a dead stop?

Planning on both. Thinking of alternating BBM hypertrophy and strength templates for a while after Sheiko finishes; adding overwarmup singles back into things should help me get reacquainted with handling relatively heavier weights again.

I guess I'd wunder more about DL if I had any idea what your all time PR was; I seem to remember a 500 lb squat some years hence, but it was before my time I think. Regardless, it seems like you're making gains, so attaboys all around. 5 plate overwarmup for DL should be there soon, if not already based on bar speed, which is pretty cool

all time PR DL was a few months ago after the bridge. 515.

all time PR squat is 500 at like 245lbs. Hit 475 pretty easy a few years ago at 220.

Pretty good. Maybe overzealous on the single and RPE rating, as 385 was feeling heavier than expected so I knocked it down a bit. The 415 single was crispy af, but the 455 you can see the bar got forward on me.

"harness squat"?: 2plates x 8

This is sorta like a belt squat where you can put your hands on pegs and lean back, but the weight is on a harness over your shoulders. very old school. it helped take pressure off my knee, but unfortunately was very uncomfortable on my pecs. Could have played around with it but time was running short anyway.

Looks about right to me. If it's off I'd guess @8.5 rather than @7.5. Now after watching 2 more times I'd lean towards 7.5 vs. 8.5 but your DL form is generally so smooth anyway. Meh, @8 seems good either way.

Solid stuff in here. Agree on the 8.

I guess somehow I lost track of the fact that the lord of the squat turned into a normal person who has DL > Squat, just the way PLOKJ intended. Must be nice to be overall stronger now than you were when you were younger and heavier.

By the way, what's the deal with BW PR? I'm not interested enough to look, but I'm pretty sure you've been on either side of that in this log, so what's the PR?

Also, how do you feel about the t=105m on your last session. If you listed those lifts and set an o/u at 105, I would have pounded the under. Just messing around with the harness a lot?
