Didn't win my contest, took two weeks off and ate like a pig, and went back on diet, but not less strict since another contest has started up.
Got a couple of kettlebells last night (a 15 and a 25 pounder to start off). Did a warmup set of 10 swings with the 15, then 3 sets of 20 with the 25 before my treadmill. These things are harder than I thought.
Goals for July:
Work my way up to 10 sets of 20 on the 25 pounder at least twice a week.
Goal weight: 245 (which will be a 100 lb loss from my heaviest). Weight this morning was 256.5, so this is definitely doable.
