Squat, bench and press should be easy. Dead and clean could go either way I think....

June ****ing sucked for me. Here's hoping July goes better.

Goles:
-Don't get fatter, maybe lose weight
-Work out 5-6 days/week(unless recovery becomes an issue)
-Do better with my diet(macros mainly)
-Drink less liquor/beer
-Squat 240 Bench 150 DL 280 Press 125 PC 135

Some of these numbers might be ambitious, but I think they're mostly doable for me.

The plan this month is to lift like a mad man.

These goles are pretty conflicting imo, at least the 'lose weight' and 'lift like a mad man' part.

Yeah, you're right. I definitely don't need to gain. Maybe lose 5 or 10 lbs. I don't really like seeing 200 on the scale at my height(5'7") but I do wanna lift mad weight.

The oblique tear pretty much ensured that I couldn't train, so putting weight on was next to impossible. Let's try it again in July. I only have two competitions this month, so I should be able to eat and train.

Got a couple of kettlebells last night (a 15 and a 25 pounder to start off). Did a warmup set of 10 swings with the 15, then 3 sets of 20 with the 25 before my treadmill. These things are harder than I thought.

Goals for July:
Work my way up to 10 sets of 20 on the 25 pounder at least twice a week.
Goal weight: 245 (which will be a 100 lb loss from my heaviest). Weight this morning was 256.5, so this is definitely doable.

Carnivale the long ago cancelled HBO show. I watched the first two episodes last night and though it sucks knowing that it was cancelled after two seasons when originally the creator had designed it to run for six, the two episodes showed enough for me to at least finish the first season. In the last couple of weeks in addition to watching football I've also watched all of Sons of Anarchy and True Blood and need something new to watch.
