Going to be going a new macro update early this week. Sub 160 is wayyy too low.

Additionally, now that I plan to log my workouts currently have no structure. Just a terrible bro split but the fact that I am getting to the gym and working out consistently is all I care about right now. It's a lot more than I was doing last month.

Any ideas for me to improve the situation would be greatly appreciated...besides killing myself, of course : )

160.6 lbs

- was supposed to DL also but I didn't feel like waiting anymore since the gym was crowded. Went on to the other exercises. Not much volume but my legs weren't that mobile from doing 100-125 squat thrusts in academy. Upper body day tomorrow anyway. All that matters.

Upper body is all that matters. Glad to see somebody has the balls to admit it. Once you squat enough not to look disproportional/chicken legged, you may as well just stop unless you plan to do bbing competitively.

When humans evolve to start walking and running on their hands I'll believe the upper body is more important.

EV,

Not to pile on, but it doesn't take any more time to cook a steak correctly.

Cooking for your lady on V-Day with your workload is pretty clutch, though.

Def cannot argue that point but have you seen the food I make? Usually involves pulling something out of the freezer and using the microwave lol.

Takes less time imo. Although i shouldn't talk. I seared a nice steak last night but had other stuff going on so i covered it tightly with foil. By the time i got to it it was medium well :'(

Dat bro split. Love it even though it's a horrible structure. Once I'm out of academy I'll go back to a better structure plan. Prob phat or something like that. I honestly would do SS if it wasn't for lolvolume.
