I'm interested in all the anti-layne opinions. 2.5 weeks ago I was 160.0 on the dot during photo shoot. My calories were 2175 with 224 carbs 224 protein and rest fats (maybe like 48-52? Forget). Whatever, I had my 5k cheat day the following day. What would you suggest be my calories/ macros after that cheat day?

I actually like Layne in the grand scheme of things. He gives no bs advice and even though he nerds out he still stresses that they're very small factors. But a reverse diet ebook for 80 bucks is lolololol ******ed.

I'm not suggesting anything other than that it's no surprise your weight is stagnant / losing when you are in fact not eating very much.

Oh yeah I agree with that. That price is phucking crazy and only for the ebook lol.

Agreed completely with the reverse dieting bunkness + Layne likingness from KC. BUT, I do think reverse dieting has a purpose from the perspective of psychology, minimizing water weight/scale craziness, and re-acclimating your routine and hunger levels to higher calories.

Those measurements don't make sense to me but neither do fakeb's. So we must all be measuring different. Doesn't matter as long as you can repeat it exactly the same way in one year.

No way your arms are 13". Those are like sphaggetti noodles. Evoken is coming in at 17". Cha at 18"+. And even Yugo and I come in at 15+".

Maybe those measurements are accurate. I mean your waist is so tiny, your arm looks massive. 28" waist? DAFUQ?!! I think you could technically fit into 26" jeans. Please don't commit a crime and go to jail. You will be split wide open.

There is a high possibility I facked up the measurements. It was my first time doing them. I will almost guarantee my chest is off because can't see if tape is lined up correctly along back. I am pretty sure I messed up my arms too somehow. Seems like that should have been the easiest measurement though. Reason being is that I measured my client yesterday and his bis are the same size of mine and bigger flexed. The problem is that his arms are clearly smaller than mine. Only thing going for him is that he has short bis whereas I have long bis.

Haaha DAFUQ yourself. If I have a 28" waist that doesn't mean I can fit Into smaller pant size. Wat in dee fack are you talking about lol.

I'm curious if you've experimented with eating more fat? Something like 50% fat, 20% carb, 30% protein. I've only had time to read the first and last pages. Cool log.

Thanks bro. No I haven't. Have you? I wonder how much protein that would be. Roughly 2500 cals so that means 750 from protein. 750/4= 187.5 which actually is sufficient protein. The thing is that I truly believe based on my hormones I can always get away with high carbs so why not continue doing it. People who have been fat majority of their lives need lower carbs than me and would not have been successful on a carb cycle like I previously was based on their hormones.
