Fitness could be several things, for example strength, cardiovascular condition, flexibility, body control or healthiness.

Bodyfat percentage, amount of LBM or "aesthetics" have nothing to do with fitness. Unfortunately the 98.7% of ppl you just mentioned are ****ing ******s. "Fitness" sports is probably the worst named thing ever, they're like the anti-thesis of fitness. Even american "football" pales in comparison to that (wrt ridiculously named sports).

I'm pretty sure that all of those apart from squat are also my PR's.
Squat PR is 3x5x204 I think.
Or maybe I attempted 210, not 100% sure.
Squat 199 lbs, I lol'd. You squat more than me but that doesn't say much, unfortunately. I could probably squat that too but I'm just working on my form while not hurting my left hip flexor any more.

Pretty impressed by your adherence to diet and program for the last 3 months; pretty interested to see the results (at the end of this week?) and then watch the slap fight between you and lolco about the magnitude of the gainz that were achieved.

You're right, generally people who are healthy look like chit so I agree. Depending upon your definition of healthy. However, vegans are the worst imo and my dear lord do they talk so much chit about meat lovers yet they do not understand nutrition. There is only a small group of us here on strength and fatness that care about being what I consider healthy. It turns out we have decent aesthetics. Yes, there is a correlation between fitness and aesthetics.

There is no adherence to diet. The guy is facking eating 2500 calories a day.

While I am the biggest believer/proponent in EPOC, this guys results might be a bit too much. I smell clen, probably shipped from Hawaii. No big deal, still solid work ITT.

Vegas are neither healthy nor look good.

EV, you are probably leaner than what you should be at for optimal health. But still.... would/would*

Spoiler:
*would be that lean, would try to be that lean

Thanks. The program would have been a lot more effective had I not gotten sick. Fever and stomach virus messed up my strength gainz immensely. Regardless, I am still happy with my results and this cut was very easy (aside for the last 2 weeks). At the end of the week I will post pics but no promises as to what day because I am working 67 hours this week. I officially end my cut on 5/24 Saturday.

As to the lolbfexpert- we will have to see what kinda ludicrous comments he makes and take it from there.

LOL, while I admit eating on average 2500 calories a day isn't hard I wouldn't say there is no adherence. I hope you realize if I was using sauce, that my progress is total garbage. That being said, for a natty I am happy with my results.

Yeah I wonder what my BMI is but at the same time I really don't care. Based on my height (5'9"), I would estimate a healthy weight would be around 165-175. These numbers do not matter because BMI doesn't take muscle mass into account.

No time to log sorry guys, too busy with work and the commute is killing me. Gotta wake up extra early but on a good note, my 2nd day of work there I made extra pay at $70/hour because I was put on a special assignment. Can't complain with that, at all. Still making time for the gym but it's all my free time.

Anyway, cut is finally over!! 12 weeks of adherence to my diet, the statement that rustles loco. I feel great and I stopped it a few days early because I didn't wanna go sub 160 lbs, that feels a bit too low and kinda unhealthy. BF estimates??

You still going for the thread title 180/10%?

Back pose needs work imo. But gottam, very impressive.

I dno, you do not look 20lbs lighter, maintained a lot of of whatever mass you had at 180 imo. Nicely done. How long of a time period was this again?

Btw, I think you look slightly better at 180 overall although I guess I just don't love the really cut/vascular look. It's impressive, no doubt, but I guess this puts me in the fatty camp? . I dno. Not that you'd care but I have a feeling the aesthetic "sweet spot" for me would be 165 on you at this point. Not sure though. Also, that was after pump with you posing — very well just walking around I'd change my mind, I dno.

Ty and that's so far away right now that I don't care. One step at a time. Going to reverse diet and see how I look when I add some weight.

Yeah I'm gonna work on it, def right about that. Thanks and this was a good cut and felt I kept a decent amount of muscle mass considering I lost roughly 20 lbs. If you think I look better at 180 lbs, then it has to be preference. This was almost exactly 12 weeks on the dot. Yeah I would say posing I wouldn't mind being where I am at maintaining for the summer but walking around I honestly would like to have more muscle mass. I'm not sure how much weight I want to gain but at minimum a good 5 lbs.

Trying my best to set up some body fat test whether it is the hydrostatic or DEXA- I would be happy getting either.

Thanks man and yeah on a normal scale. I would estimate 13.75% loco approved lmao. I'm going to reverse diet to 165-166 and see how I look. I'm not sure when I want to do this though because it is now summer. Either way, I'll still look lean.

Thanks for following man and that was a huge challenge. I dunno if I posted the pic after I got sick but I dropped 10 lbs and looked like chit imo. I'll dig it up now if you are interested.

I am 162 lbs in this pic, literally the day after I got better and right after upper body workout. You can't even tell I have a pump lol.
