My gf finally uploaded some of the pics from when I went to the Caribbean. Late I know but she is in Clinics so she is extremely busy. I really need to visit her especially now before my high carb day drops way lower so I can enjoy the food in Louisiana. Here are some of the pics, I was a tad bit leaner imo but not much.

Since you obviously play sports, I'd assume Sosa would recommend wearing your shorts lower so you can hand out tips more easily.

Gonna head to the gym soon, pumped to deadlift. Maybe i'll do some paused deadlifts and show Loco how to do them properly without straps.

Also, note worthy I had a dream that someone came into my room shifted my left hip into place and BAM I could squat again. This must be a good sign right?

Haha. I have some weird chit that happens to me during the night tho. When I was on the night shift and I got 3-4 hours a sleep a night, I started getting dream paralysis. Absolutely terrible.

It sucks that I can't work on my squats right now but meh at least I can finally work on my DL with what I consider decent form.

I'm hoping I can hit these numbers before I lose a lot of weight:
B: 255x5
D: 375x3

If I do, that would be a stronger bench then my previous 225x9.
