I don't play $400 chump change tourneys bro.

I did recently work on my tournament game. Saw Fedor's fancy gto tourney video series.

What a scam. You can get most of it in Acevedo's book for $25.

Lol.

People are still playing poker???

My buddy wants to play so F bad. Invites me to his donk $20 home games. I kindly decline. Game lasts like 5 hours and would rather watch paint dry.

Heís married and with a kid now. No wonder heís desperate to play. Lol fatherhood.

Lol well u did play 60 hours of poker a week playing cash for like 5-7 years straight. I’d be a bit sour too. Don’t know about your buddy but i play for fun. $20 isn’t fun for me so that’s a hard no. Lowest I play is the 1/3 game at my place with rake.

Soooo in other news I’m currently rehabbing my lower back. Hit snap city on fronts the other day. Should have listened to my body but stubbornly did legs anyways despite my leg ham being super sore. 2nd working set pushed thru in the hole, left ham was fried and my back took the damage it shook/ shifted and rest is history. Good nite sweet price. I dropped the weight immediately but luckily was still able to walk so I knew it wasn’t bad bad. Listen, I’ve seasoned to this.. since my DL injury back in 2018 I’ve had 5-6 minor back injuries in the same exact spot. I don’t need a doc or PT I know exactly what to do. If I Goto doc it will be to the ER for an MRI and that’s not needed. Friends family co workers tell me I’m gonna be crippled by the time I’m 50 lol okkkk buddy. Thx for the unsolicited feedback. We move on. I’ll be back to front squatting in a few days. Can’t be scurred.

Just curious about your OHP numbers: are you new to the lift? Our benches seem pretty similar (1rm 275ish), but my OHP is like 175.

Physique is looking good, plus you got good relative strength

Hit snap city again while front squatting so my back is fried. Now both left and right sides near Sciatica nerve are donezo. Should be recovered in a week. Not sure what I’m gonna do from here.

RIP Jerry Ward.
