It’s time to grow. Current stats;

169.0 lbs @ 16% BF

Goal is to grow and progress at the gym do a slight surplus hit around 171-172 lbs then do a solid cut. Rinse and repeat until I’m at 170 lbs 12%!!

Back at it again. This time it’s go time. So I got sick then had a minor injury to my left upper back region think it was just a bad case of a sore neck/ trap area. Went to a chiropractor for the first time in my life, got X-rays done. This dude tells me my right leg is shorter than my left, that is where the imbalances stem from. Glad for the info but didn’t like the guy at all, seems like a know it all and dry personality. Like the personality you just want to punch in the face. I asked him if I could take some pics of the X-rays, he says sure but who is gonna look at them. Oh my wife she’s a doctor.. oh yeah cause she must know more than me, I’ve been a doctor for 40 years. I go 40 years? Time to retire, what u waiting for?

He finally got the point I’m not the one to take shiet and I strongly believe if I continue going to him we will def have some words. I mean what’s the worst that could happen? He could break my back I suppose? Not like I’ve been going to the gym anyways. But all joking aside I’m back in the game now. My plan to get stronger and lose weight/ trim down some before the WSOP. I’ll be making my first appearance ever there. Let’s get it.

Chiropractors are the nut low and a waste of money. Go to a physical therapist instead. In my experience, they know their stuff, and can stretch you out really good and give you specific exercises to help with pain. If you have issues with bones/your spine, go to an actual doctor.

When/where are you playing the WSOP?

It was annoying he owns his own practice, no staff, no front desk even. He was just talking **** about how I went to PT and they don’t even do X-rays. I understand the X-rays part but still seems like he plays the scare tactic. Your spine is gonna be a snake when u get older Snd will have constant pain. Think I will goto PT.

I’ll be staying near the rio for 2 weeks first event I’m doing is the 1k event on the 23rd think it’s the B day of day 1 if that makes sense.
